Turning Red

Turning Red was my favorite film to work on. I had an amazing team, and I was really excited to work on this kind of story. I worked extra hard on a completely new kind of effect: panda poofs. The panda poofs were a fun challenge since I had never worked on anything like that before.

Also, there are sparklers that I worked on. This is the first shot that I owned entirely, and it was a fun challenge. The extra detail of the single sparkler that goes off later than the rest is what I love about special effects. There are subtleties that, when added, really make a shot sing
